These Terms of Service govern your use of InvestorMind, an investment data analysis and portfolio tracking platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of the Service
InvestorMind is a data visualisation and portfolio analysis tool. The platform aggregates and displays public financial data, calculates scores and presents signals to help users organise their investment information. InvestorMind does NOT provide investment advice, financial consulting or portfolio management services. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any financial instrument.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information at registration. InvestorMind reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
3. Third-Party Data Accuracy
Financial data displayed on InvestorMind is sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, SEC EDGAR and similar services). InvestorMind makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this data. Market data may be delayed, may contain errors or may become unavailable without prior notice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.
4. Financial Disclaimer
InvestorMind is exclusively an informational tool. The scores, signals and analyses provided are algorithmic outputs, not professional financial advice. Past performance of any asset or strategy does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk and discretion. You, and only you, are responsible for any buy, sell or hold action executed at a broker. Investments involve risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvestorMind and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from use of the platform, losses caused by data inaccuracies, losses caused by platform unavailability or bugs, or losses resulting from reliance on any analysis or score displayed. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All InvestorMind content — including source code, design, logo, brand name and proprietary algorithms — is the exclusive property of InvestorMind and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Premium subscriptions are processed by our authorised Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy or equivalent), which applies its own billing and refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods.
8. Changes to Terms
InvestorMind reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
